Service Description

Book this 90 minute session for your whole team to meet virtually or in person. The session is dedicated to assessing your current practices and ways that your team operates. We assess how to align your goals/expectations for the team with the goals of the company as a whole. We discuss strategies as a team to give everyone a voice in how the team progresses forward. We create an action plan to turn these ideas into action verbs, allowing functional change to begin as soon as possible. Additional support is available via email.
