Service Description

In this strategic planning, the support will be divided into two 60 minute sessions. The sessions are offered virtually or in person. The first session will focus on assessing the needs and goals of the team and the organization overall. In addition an action plan will be created. The second session will be devoted to discussion about the strengths and weaknesses of the action plan. In addition creation of revised next steps. Additional support is offered after each session via email.
